Red Hat is hiring a Senior AI Specialist Solution Architect to provide deep technical sales support for AI platform adoption across the EMEA region. In this role, you will focus on making Red Hat the preferred AI platform within key accounts by removing organizational and technical blockers, helping customers leverage their data for a competitive advantage.

What You'll Do

• Work with sales and technical teams to identify challenges and drive Red Hat AI adoption in new and existing accounts.
• Plan, design, and execute AI systems with customers, including architecting data pipelines, ML pipelines, and training and serving approaches.
• Facilitate pre- and post-sales activities such as technical deep dives, proofs of concept, bake-offs, hackathons, and development of partner solutions.
• Identify and partner with key AI customer stakeholders, acting as an advocate within their line-of-business.
• Work closely with the AI business and engineering teams, providing market feedback on products and solutions.
• Execute community outreach and customer advocacy activities including conference speaking and blog posts.

What We're Looking For

• Subject Matter Expert with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning Use Case Development or MLOps design.
• Practical experience with a statistical programming language like Python, applied machine learning, and OSS frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience building AI applications in areas like deep learning, LLM/RAG, NLP, computer vision, or pattern recognition.
• Proven experience in AI systems design, with the ability to architect and explain data pipelines, ML pipelines, and ML training and serving.
• Experience with CI/CD solutions in the context of MLOps and LLMOps, including automation with Infrastructure as Code tools like Ansible.
• Experience delivering technical presentations and leading business value sessions.
• Executive presence and public speaking skills.

Nice to Have

• Computer Science or similar degree.
• Previous experience as a sales engineer, technical sales, or similar role in an enterprise software, SaaS, or Systems Integrator company.
• Previous experience as an implementation consultant for AI solutions.
• Industry vertical experience with Data Science projects in areas like FSI, medical, defence, or intelligence.
• A community brand in volunteer tech communities or open-source projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Readiness to travel up to 50% across the Middle East and Africa region.
