Provide deep technical sales support for AI solutions across EMEA, focusing on identifying and resolving adoption challenges in strategic customer accounts. Design and implement AI systems, lead technical engagements, and serve as a liaison between customers and internal engineering teams to advance platform integration.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to uncover obstacles and advance AI platform adoption in new and existing customer accounts.
- Design and implement AI systems, including data pipelines, machine learning workflows, and training and serving architectures, with support from internal resources as needed.
- Lead pre- and post-sales technical activities such as deep dives, proofs of concept, competitive evaluations, and internal innovation sprints to promote platform adoption.
- Engage with customer stakeholders across business and technical teams to advocate for AI solutions and support line-of-business objectives.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on market insights and customer requirements to influence solution development.
- Represent the organization through public speaking, technical blogs, and community engagement to strengthen customer advocacy.
Requirements
- Subject matter expert with over six years of hands-on experience in machine learning use case development or related fields.
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as Python, along with applied machine learning techniques and open-source frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Demonstrated experience building AI applications involving deep learning, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, natural language processing, computer vision, or pattern recognition.
- Proven ability to design and explain complex AI system architectures, including data and machine learning pipelines.
- Experience designing and implementing MLOps and LLMOps practices, including CI/CD integration and infrastructure automation.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to lead technical deep dives and communicate business value to stakeholders.

- Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Background in technical sales, sales engineering, or similar roles, ideally within enterprise software, SaaS, or systems integration firms.
- Experience as an implementation consultant for AI or machine learning solutions.
- Hands-on involvement in developing and operating machine learning use cases.
- Domain expertise in industries such as financial services, healthcare, defense, or intelligence.
- Active participation in open-source communities or AI user groups.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the Middle East and Africa region.
