What You'll Do
- Design, train, and deploy deep learning models for real-time perception tasks, ensuring accuracy and reliability under challenging conditions
- Build and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines that support continuous integration, validation, and monitoring of AI models in production
- Process and interpret data from cameras, lidar, radar, and other sensors to extract actionable insights for robotic navigation and manipulation
- Collaborate with robotics, hardware, and control engineers to define system architectures and integrate perception software into robotic platforms
- Translate product requirements into technical specifications and lead the design of perception software stack components
- Guide sensor selection and configuration by working closely with hardware teams to optimize performance and cost
- Stay current with advancements in AI, computer vision, and robotics to continuously improve system capabilities
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation
What We're Looking For
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in computer vision, machine learning, or robotics development
- Strong grasp of image processing, 3D geometry, and deep learning theory
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and ROS2, with experience in frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Background in real-time systems and embedded platforms, with familiarity in sensor fusion techniques
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-moving environments while collaborating across disciplines
