EverAI is hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to oversee the research, planning, execution, and delivery of product launches for our AI platform. Your mission will be to drive the rapid delivery of our product vision by autonomously gathering functional requirements and anticipating needs.
What You'll Do
- Drive the rapid delivery of product vision by autonomously gathering project functional requirements and anticipating needs.
- Regularly review the competitive landscape to stay updated and optimise strategies.
- Identify key success metrics for product launches to measure impact and guide future developments.
- Gather product requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Conduct competitor market research.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Monitor and track project progress, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet project goals.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Create wireframes with the Product Designer.
- Communicate the rationale and value behind designs.
- Answer developer’s questions regarding the business requirements.
- Conduct user research through contextual interviews and surveys.
- Define and measure the impact of new features against predefined metrics.
- Optimise and iterate on features.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience owning 0→1 product features with complex UX (ideally in consumer, gaming, avatar, or creative tools).
- Strong understanding of visual user journeys — especially where users create, customize, and interact with digital identities or media.
- Ability to write clear product specs and collaborate tightly with AI, design, and engineering teams.
- Deep empathy for users — you think in flows, friction points, and moments of delight.
- Experience using product discovery methods (e.g., user testing, prototyping, iteration loops).
- Strong, clear communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English).
- Goal-orientation, ownership & commitment.
- Highly organized and able to manage timelines across multiple parallel R&D workstreams.
- Doer mindset – find the right balance between execution, planning & strategy.
- Bias for action – you unblock teams, you ship.
- User-centricity – obsession for amazing user experience.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to visual detail.
- Comfortable driving ambiguous, experimental projects toward clear outcomes.
- Comfortable building products that are based on uncensored models and content (#NSFW).
Nice to Have
- Experience in virtual avatars, 3D fashion, digital self-expression, or AR/VR products.
- Familiarity with creative tooling (e.g., Figma, Canva, 3D editors, Unity, Unreal — even as a user).
- Prior work in high-growth consumer apps, gaming, or UGC platforms.
- Exposure to working with ML/AI teams (even if not hands-on technical).
