DFFRNT ERA GROUP LTD. is hiring a Product Manager to be one of the first on a small team building a new initiative at Galaxy. You will take new products and features from concept to launch, creating a customer-centric experience for web and mobile apps and ensuring a cohesive suite of market-leading offerings.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with executives to define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify user needs and opportunities.
- Partner with design and engineering teams to create intuitive and secure user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
- Manage end-to-end product development, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch.
- Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure features adhere to regulatory requirements in crypto and financial services.
- Partner with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies for successful launches and user adoption.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data.
- Facilitate development activities like sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure efficient collaboration.
- Communicate product updates, priorities, and progress to stakeholders, including the executive team.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, financial services, or consumer-facing tech products.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful web and/or mobile app products from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience working closely with UX/UI designers.
- Experience with varying development methodologies and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and present to executives.
- Proficiency with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or digital assets.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in financial services or crypto markets.
