Job&Talent is looking for a Salesforce Product Owner to join our Finance FP&A department. Based at our Madrid headquarters, you will be responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for our Salesforce platform to support critical financial processes.
What You'll Do
- Define and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog for the Finance FP&A team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear user stories
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure the development team delivers high-value features
- Monitor platform performance and user adoption to drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, specifically with the Salesforce platform
- Strong understanding of financial processes and FP&A workflows
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and backlog management tools
- Excellent communication skills in English to work with a global team
Work Mode
This is a remote position for candidates based in Spain, with the primary location being our Madrid HQ.
