Responsibilities
- Adapt large language models to match the distinctive tone and style of editorial content
- Create, organize, and maintain datasets for model training, including annotation and version control processes
- Develop retrieval-augmented generation systems that pull from structured data sources
- Experiment with text-to-speech technologies to support audio-based product features
- Work alongside infrastructure, frontend, and design teams to deliver functional prototypes and internal tools
- Design and manage automated and human-reviewed evaluation frameworks for output quality
- Enable product trials involving real-time content generation, summarization, or tailored experiences
- Collaborate with writers and editors to define evaluation criteria that reflect nuanced stylistic standards
