Catalant is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to drive the development and deployment of machine learning systems integral to our platform. You will own the full machine learning lifecycle, from research and prototyping to productionization and optimization.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain robust machine learning models and AI-powered features.
- Lead the end-to-end ML lifecycle: data exploration, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Implement scalable and efficient data processing and model serving pipelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex business problems into ML solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production.
- Proficiency with Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and implement scalable data pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
