Desjardins Group is hiring a Senior Advisor, Management Information to serve as a subject matter expert in data extraction, report generation, and information system development. In this senior role, you will lead complex projects and strategic initiatives that support the unit's objectives.
What You'll Do
- Advise clients and partners to position, plan, develop, execute, and monitor strategic projects and initiatives.
- Develop and update overall performance indicators, measurement tools, policies, processes, and programs.
- Monitor and anticipate trends to develop organizational best practices.
- Identify, analyze, and diagnose major issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies.
- Manage quality assurance and information security for IT environments.
- Represent your unit before decision-making bodies and external partners.
- Coordinate and develop a team of professionals.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of French is required.
- Demonstrated interpersonal savvy.
- A strategic mindset.
