We are hiring a Senior AD Systems Engineer to take a central role in the operations and engineering of our global Active Directory environment. In this position, you will ensure the reliability, security, and strategic evolution of our core identity platforms.
What You'll Do
- Focus on the hands-on operations and engineering of our Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy infrastructure.
- Manage incidents, requests, and changes to ensure smooth and secure daily operations.
- Work extensively with hybrid identity technologies including Azure Active Directory, ADFS, ADLDS, and Azure AD Connect.
- Engage in global projects to leverage your expertise on an international scale.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance the user experience and drive continuous improvements.
- Develop strategic relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect.
- Contribute to technical writing, presentations, and training initiatives.
- Help shape the future strategy and architecture of the Active Directory environment.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Windows PowerShell scripting methodologies.
- Deep technical expertise in Active Directory and its related core technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strategic customer relationships.
- A collaborative mindset where you enjoy teamwork and actively contribute to your team and other stakeholders.
- An understanding of the importance of Change Control and similar ITIL methodologies.
- Fundamental networking knowledge, including IP, DHCP, DNS, and routing concepts.
- Familiarity with Active Directory monitoring tools and disaster recovery processes.
