AlphaX is looking for a Senior Accountant (CPA) to take a hands-on role in our daily accounting operations and collaborate closely with internal departments and leadership. This position is for an accounting professional with a solid foundation in US GAAP and a strong analytical mindset.
What You'll Do
- Oversee general ledger management, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account maintenance.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to US GAAP and all relevant accounting regulations.
- Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to assist business decisions.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on accounting and financial matters.
- Maintain organized records, internal controls, and proper documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within Fremont operations.
What We're Looking For
- CPA certification required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting best practices.
- Experience working in onsite or hybrid office environments.
- Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic workplace.

- Master’s degree preferred.
