Responsibilities

  • Onboard new partners by supplying essential tools and information for platform activation
  • Build and sustain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure superior commercial and customer service
  • Collect partner feedback to enhance experiences for both partners and end customers while addressing challenges
  • Lead new business opportunities to successful deal closures
  • Boost platform visibility through coordinated marketing efforts and promotional materials
  • Increase revenue via commission adjustments and upselling of value-added services
  • Analyze reasons for partner disengagement and develop follow-up strategies for reactivation
  • Enhance partner operations to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service delivery
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets set by leadership
  • Monitor and project key account performance indicators
  • Collaborate actively with team members in a learning-focused environment to support professional growth

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new partners on our platform by providing them with all the necessary tools and information to start working
  • Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients to deliver the highest level of commercial and customer service to our partners
  • Gather all the insights from our partners to create an amazing experience for them and our customers, tackle problems to raise the bar
  • Drive deals to closure in a new business environment
  • Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc)
  • Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets plans
  • Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners
  • Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers
  • Meet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop, and make a difference
