Devsu is hiring a Senior Account Manager - Latam

Lead strategic account development across Latin America by building trusted relationships with enterprise clients at both operational and executive levels. This role is central to expanding Devsu’s presence through proactive commercial leadership, deep client insight, and coordinated proposal delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue expansion within assigned strategic accounts by identifying growth opportunities and whitespace
  • Secure early access to procurement processes and influence RFP invitations through strong client engagement
  • Develop and maintain detailed stakeholder maps, updated monthly, to guide engagement strategies
  • Build credibility with middle and senior management, fostering long-term partnerships
  • Anticipate client needs and surface opportunities before formal requests are issued
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to shape compelling, context-aware proposals that reflect client priorities
  • Improve win rates by refining proposal quality, positioning, and follow-up processes
  • Manage inbound leads from LATAM, qualifying and directing them efficiently through the pipeline
  • Translate business objectives into actionable account plans, including initiatives, timelines, and milestones
  • Ensure accurate CRM tracking of contacts, pipeline stages, and next steps
  • Represent the organization as a strategic advisor, aligning client goals with internal capabilities
  • Coordinate communication between client teams, delivery units, and company leadership
  • Deliver regular updates on account health, engagement progress, and forecasted outcomes

Work Model

This position operates in a hybrid model, with approximately half of the time spent on-site at client locations—primarily in Quito—and the remainder dedicated to remote planning, internal collaboration, and account strategy development. Frequent in-person engagement ensures strong relationship building and real-time alignment with client objectives.
