Devsu is looking for a Senior Account Manager - Latam to transform strategic partnerships into exponential growth for our enterprise clients in Latin America. You will act as a trusted advisor and commercial strategist, owning and growing relationships with strategic accounts, leading RFP processes, and serving as the bridge between delivery teams and clients.
What You'll Do
- Own the commercial relationship for assigned strategic accounts.
- Be physically present at the client site multiple days per month.
- Develop and maintain an account growth plan, including stakeholders, initiatives, and whitespace.
- Identify new opportunities before they become formal RFPs.
- Ensure Devsu is consistently invited to participate in relevant RFPs.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with middle and upper management.
- Identify and cultivate internal client champions.
- Maintain a formal stakeholder map for each strategic account, updated monthly.
- Understand client priorities, budget cycles, and decision-making dynamics.
- Represent Devsu as a long-term strategic partner, not just a vendor.
- Coordinate closely with delivery teams to prepare proposals.
- Translate client needs into clear commercial narratives.
- Ensure proposals are context-aware, competitive, and winnable.
- Manage follow-ups and feedback throughout the RFP process.
- Own and qualify inbound LATAM leads.
- Prioritize and route leads appropriately.
- Support deal shaping and proposal preparation as needed.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility.
- Serve as the bridge between client, delivery, and leadership.
- Maintain disciplined CRM updates for pipeline, contacts, and next steps.
- Provide regular account, stakeholder engagement, and pipeline updates to leadership.
