EX Squared is seeking a remote Senior Account Manager for Insurance to manage and expand strategic client partnerships. You will be responsible for fostering long-term client relationships and driving successful business outcomes within the insurance sector.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow revenue from key insurance clients
- Act as the primary point of contact, managing complex relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Understand client business objectives and align EX Squared's offerings to meet their needs
- Negotiate contracts and renewals, managing the commercial health of your portfolio
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of account management or client-facing experience within the insurance industry
- Proven track record of managing large, strategic accounts and achieving revenue targets
- Deep understanding of insurance products, services, and market dynamics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote setting
