EX Squared is looking for a Remote Success Specialist to champion our clients' success and foster long-term partnerships. You will be instrumental in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our services.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients
- Proactively manage client relationships to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention
- Identify client goals and success metrics, and develop plans to achieve them
- Analyze client usage and health data to anticipate needs and mitigate risks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to advocate for clients
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Proactive, organized, and skilled at managing multiple priorities independently
- Problem-solving orientation with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. You will need a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection to perform effectively in this role.
