About the Role

Disruptive Advertising is hiring a Senior Account Manager: B2C Local to manage key accounts within the home services industry, such as HVAC, roofing, and restoration. You will be the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, own the marketing strategy, and drive account growth.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, project managing and driving key initiatives.
  • Own the marketing strategy and testing for Disruptive Advertising channels and provide recommendations for others.
  • Create and deliver cross-channel marketing strategies, coordinating with fulfillment teams for execution.
  • Work closely with an internal client services team to produce results for clients.
  • Communicate value continuously and grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and in-platform growth.
  • Conduct regular internal meetings to address strategy, assign accountability, and resolve concerns while maintaining standards.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience managing client accounts in digital marketing; agency experience required.
  • 2+ years experience managing $10k+ monthly multi-channel SMB to Enterprise client accounts.
  • 1+ years experience managing client accounts or customer relationships in a B2C local industry.
  • 1+ years of CRM experience required (Hubspot, Salesforce, Service Titan).
  • 2+ years experience creating strategy with SEM, SEO and Meta platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and other tracking and attribution tools.
  • 1+ years experience with Asana or other Project Management software.
  • A strong problem solver comfortable with risk, managing change, creating innovation, and controlling the big picture.
  • Socially poised and motivating team builder.
  • Results oriented and analytical with a drive for change.
  • Exceptional listener and strong communicator who resolves concerns well.
  • Able to influence clients and internal teams alike, build community, and gain trust quickly.

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience in home services (HVAC, roofing, restoration, etc.).

Team & Environment

This role will sit on the B2C: Local team, and support B2C Local clients.
