The Democratic Party is hiring a Senior Account Executive / Head of Revenue to lead and execute revenue-focused strategies across the LATAM region. You will be instrumental in developing and scaling our presence and impact in these key markets.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own the revenue strategy for the LATAM region.
- Build and maintain key relationships and partnerships.
- Drive growth and meet ambitious revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and opportunities to inform strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior revenue, sales, or account executive role.
- Deep understanding of business culture and dynamics within LATAM.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate and make strategic decisions independently.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be based in one of the following countries: Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Ecuador, Guatemala, El Salvador, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Venezuela, or the Dominican Republic.
