Assist World is seeking an Accounting and HR Officer to manage essential financial and administrative functions. This remote role is a core part of our Operations team.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping and financial reporting
- Oversee human resources tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records
- Ensure compliance with Philippine financial regulations and labor laws
- Support the administrative needs of the organization
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in both accounting and human resource roles
- Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and HR best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
