About the Role

Assist World is seeking an Accounting and HR Officer to manage essential financial and administrative functions. This remote role is a core part of our Operations team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping and financial reporting
  • Oversee human resources tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine financial regulations and labor laws
  • Support the administrative needs of the organization

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in both accounting and human resource roles
  • Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and HR best practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines.
