Checkmate Intelligence is hiring a Senior Account Executive (DTC and ecommerce brands focus)

As a Senior Account Executive, you will lead client engagements for direct-to-consumer and ecommerce brands, focusing on long-term success and measurable results. Your role centers on understanding each brand’s unique challenges and opportunities, then guiding them with data-informed strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding through expansion, ensuring consistent value delivery
  • Develop deep expertise in client business models, KPIs, and market positioning
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations that drive revenue and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy, execution, and reporting
  • Identify upsell opportunities by anticipating client needs and market shifts

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have proven experience in client management within the ecommerce or DTC space, with a track record of exceeding retention and growth targets. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly are essential. You should be comfortable working independently while contributing to a coordinated service approach.
