Pendo is seeking a Senior Account Executive based in Munich, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business across Pendo's largest EMEA accounts. You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, positioning our AI-powered Data & Analytics solutions as a critical driver of digital transformation for enterprise clients.
What You'll Do
- Win new enterprise logos across Germany within Pendo’s most strategic segment.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first engagement to close.
- Consistently deliver $500K–$1M+ SaaS deals.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers.
- Develop and execute clear, strategic account plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to win and expand strategic accounts.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management.
What We're Looking For
- A strong track record of closing $500K–$1M+ enterprise SaaS deals.
- Experience selling into large, complex, matrix organisations.
- Background in Data, Analytics, AI, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Proven success in a start-up or high-growth environment.
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and executive buyers.
- Structured, strategic, and highly self-driven.
- Fluent German and professional English.
