- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals
- Provide strategic direction on recruitment messaging and outreach
- Analyze workforce trends impacting public service hiring
- Present findings to stakeholders through reports and briefings
- Mentor junior researchers and project staff
- Maintain project timelines and deliverables
- Integrate feedback into research iterations
- Support proposal development for new research initiatives
- Ensure data quality and methodological accuracy
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment effectiveness
- Use evidence to inform policy and communication strategies
- Manage subcontractors involved in data collection
- Maintain awareness of federal hiring landscapes
- Support evaluation of outreach campaign performance
