Bounteous is hiring a Senior Account Director to own and grow strategic client partnerships. You will be the primary point of contact, responsible for aligning our digital innovation services with client business objectives to deliver outstanding value and results.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital account strategies that drive client growth and retention
- Serve as the lead client relationship manager, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and value realization
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams to scope, plan, and oversee project execution
- Forecast revenue, manage account profitability, and ensure timely invoicing
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in a senior account management, client services, or strategic consulting role within a digital agency or professional services firm
- Proven track record of managing and growing seven-figure client portfolios
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and technology services landscapes
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in retail, CPG, or B2B manufacturing verticals
- Familiarity with modern digital platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Shopify, or Salesforce
- Background in a client-side marketing or digital transformation role
