About the Role

Webflow is hiring a Security Trust Analyst to act as a crucial bridge between our security program and customer success. In this role, you will translate security practices into clear, customer-facing documentation for high-stakes due diligence and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solution Engineering, Legal, and Product teams.

  • Manage the trust center and effective access management and overall artifact representation to enable customer trust.
  • Continuously improve the quality, clarity, and usability of security content with a customer-first mindset and focus on user experience.
  • Continually gather feedback and improve the experience and effectiveness of security sales enablement content.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4+ years of experience in Compliance and/or Security Sales Enablement or relevant work experience.
  • Knowledgeable in security compliance fundamentals, including common frameworks & regulations.

Nice to Have

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create, maintain, and explain security and trust documentation.
  • Experience working with the Sales team and customers to address security questions.
  • A customer-first mindset, balancing security requirements with a thoughtful user experience.
  • A curiosity and openness to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.

Team & Environment

You will report to the Senior Manager, Security Compliance.

  • Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program.
  • Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
  • 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S.
