DeepJudge is seeking a Security Operations lead to shape the strategic evolution of our security and customer trust programs. You will continuously elevate our security and privacy frameworks while leading complex security architecture discussions with enterprise clients. This role is critical to bridging Engineering and Sales, ensuring rigorous security standards enable rapid business growth.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and continuously elevate our security posture, from day-to-day practices to maintaining industry standards like ISO 27001 and SOC II.
- Monitor and manage the lifecycle of our security audits, certifications, and internal controls.
- Own our security whitepapers and related InfoSec collateral.
- Proactively guide prospects through InfoSec, compliance, and security architecture conversations as part of the sales motion.
- Partner closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure alignment on policies, data handling, and regulatory obligations.
- Manage and streamline InfoSec questionnaires, ensuring fast and accurate responses.
- Manage day-to-day security and compliance operations, including vendor risk management, background screenings and compliance onboarding.
- Work hand-in-hand with Solution Architects and DevOps to translate security requirements into scalable implementation practices.
What We're Looking For
- Deep experience implementing and maintaining Security and Privacy frameworks (e.g., SOC II, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR).
- Deep experience with InfoSec for B2B SaaS and meeting enterprise compliance expectations in regulated industries.
- Fluent in translating technical security concepts for both internal teams and enterprise buyers.
- Have worked closely with solution architects or sales engineering teams, and enjoy being a trusted partner in moving deals forward.
- Understand how to balance security rigor with scaleup speed, knowing what matters and how to make tradeoffs.
- Bring strong process instincts and can communicate clearly and with just the right level of detail.
- Are collaborative, pragmatic, and calm under pressure, especially when an enterprise deal is on the line.
