Kyndryl is looking for a Cloud Security Engineer to play a key role in projects focused on cloud security and Zero Trust architecture. As a security leader for large-scale customer projects, you will modernize legacy on-premises systems and lead security solutions for modern cloud environments.
What You'll Do
- Lead the proposal, implementation, and operation of security solutions for cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Zero Trust) for large-scale customer projects.
- Drive the technical aspects of projects in collaboration with team members and partners.
- Actively manage project progress and issues, build teams, and maintain effective communication with customers to ensure project success.
What We're Looking For
- AWS expertise equivalent to Solution Architect or Security Specialty, OR comparable skills in Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of network security, encryption, and authentication/authorization.
- Understanding of Zero Trust architecture.
- Experience in implementation and operation in a commercial environment for any of the above skills.
- Strong communication skills with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead projects independently, including progress tracking, issue resolution, quality management, and team leadership.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to engage in meaningful conversations and activities with clients.
- Leadership skills to successfully lead projects.
- Logical communication skills (clear, persuasive, and convincing).
Nice to Have
- Possession of both AWS and Microsoft Azure skills.
- 3+ years of experience in implementation and operation in a commercial environment.
