TensorOps is seeking a Senior Security DevOps/Platform Engineer to take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines. You will ensure systems are reliable, automated, and built with a security-first mindset, collaborating closely with the engineering team and external security consultants.
What You'll Do
- Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions.
- Build and maintain Azure-based cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code such as Terraform or Bicep.
- Manage deployment processes, staging/production environments, and release readiness.
- Ensure secure operation of infrastructure, including identity, access control, secrets management, networking, and logging.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, diagnostics, and operational observability.
- Design and implement secure data infrastructure and the pipelines supporting our ML and analysis workflows.
- Support data pipelines and backend infrastructure pieces as needed.
- Collaborate with a security consultant to apply secure design principles.
- Improve developer workflows, internal tooling, and system reliability.
What We're Looking For
- A strong DevOps or Platform background, with Azure preferred (AWS acceptable if adaptable).
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or Bicep.
- Proven ownership of CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of secure cloud operations: least privilege, secret management, and hardened pipelines.
- Ability to own deployments end-to-end in a startup environment.
- Senior-level autonomy and the ability to build systems from scratch.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to cybersecurity, privacy, or sensitive-data handling.
- Experience with setting up monitoring and observability.
- Experience with data pipeline or workflow orchestration.
- Background in designing developer tooling or internal platforms.
