About the Role
The role involves leading the full lifecycle of security strategy and execution for a blockchain-integrated AI platform, requiring expertise in cloud security, blockchain, Kubernetes, AI systems, and secure development. The individual will create a unified security architecture across infrastructure, applications, data, and operations to ensure enterprise-level security, compliance, and system resilience.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy security frameworks across blockchain networks, AI processing environments, containerized platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and manage the long-term security strategy, aligning with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Lead identity and access management initiatives, including secure secrets handling, identity-based networking, and Zero Trust implementation.
- Define and enforce trust boundaries with controls for workload separation, access policies, and data security.
- Create and maintain secure cloud (AWS) architectures with strict least-privilege access models.
- Implement security policies for Kubernetes environments, including Pod Security Standards, network segmentation, and workload isolation.
- Develop incident response plans, monitoring interfaces, and alert systems tailored to blockchain, AI, and cloud operations.
- Perform routine security evaluations, penetration testing, and threat modeling to verify system durability.
- Work closely with blockchain developers, AI specialists, DevOps teams, and business units to integrate security throughout the development and operational lifecycle.
- Monitor advancements in security standards and threats within blockchain, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing domains.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in designing security architectures for cloud platforms, blockchain systems, AI/ML applications, and distributed environments.
- Strong command of cloud security across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including identity management, audit logging, monitoring, and minimal privilege enforcement.
- In-depth knowledge of blockchain security, covering node and validator protection, consensus protocols, and cryptographic key handling.
- Solid foundation in cryptography, public key infrastructure (PKI), zero-knowledge proofs, and secure design principles.
- Extensive hands-on experience securing Kubernetes and containerized environments, including pod policies, network controls, and admission controllers.
- Proven track record in securing CI/CD pipelines and software supply chains using vulnerability detection, artifact signing, and code integrity checks.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and incident response tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Experience protecting AI/ML workloads, including model security, data privacy, GPU isolation, and inference protection.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting using Python, Go, or Rust to develop and integrate security solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical security field.

Employment Structure

Payment Method

Compensation
Salaries are paid in fiat currency via direct deposit on a monthly schedule, with payments issued on the first business day of each month.
Probationary Period
All new employees will undergo a 90-day probationary period, which serves as a mutual evaluation phase. During this time, both the employee and ChainGPT can assess fit, performance, and long-term alignment with the role and company.
