What You’ll Do
- Develop and refine the strategic roadmap for the financial services sector, aligning product development with market demand and client expectations.
- Leverage data, experimentation, and investor feedback to strengthen the relevance and value of research offerings.
- Set measurable goals for revenue and profitability, balancing aggressive growth with sustainable business practices.

- Build and mentor a high-performing team of researchers and data specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration.
- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Product, and Partnerships to ensure alignment and execution excellence across functions.
- Communicate priorities and progress clearly, ensuring transparency and shared ownership across teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 7 years in investor-focused research, with proven success in product development, go-to-market execution, team leadership, and P&L responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in equity research, business analysis, or financial services is a strong plus.
- Track record of leading teams and developing talent, with at least three years in a people management role.
- A strategic mindset paired with operational discipline—able to connect vision with real-world impact.
- Deep curiosity about how data transforms decision-making and a commitment to continuous improvement.
