VF Corporation is hiring a Seasonal Customer Care Representative to provide remote customer service for our portfolio of outdoor brands. You will be the primary point of contact, handling customer inquiries and transactions from your home.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously on all transactions through inbound calls, live chat, and email.
- Process product orders and provide prompt resolution to customer requests using multiple systems and websites.
- Assist customers, sales representatives, and management with inquiries concerning orders.
- Analyze, review, and process customer requests for return authorizations and credits.
- Maintain effective communication with customers regarding sales, promotions, and issues to ensure accurate billings and shipments.
- Provide technical and product information as required.
- For some representatives, handle additional responsibilities including social media customer service, warranty claims, and special projects.
What We're Looking For
- Must reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to work between the hours of 7:00am – 6:30pm CST.
- Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free place to work.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $16.00 per hour.

Work Mode
This is a work-from-home position. Candidates must be located in Wisconsin or North Carolina.
