Responsibilities
- Work together with the leadership staff to cover roles and responsibilities at one of two camp bases on The Crane Estate acting as the primary supervisor of either the 5-6 year old or 7-14 year old group.
- Collaboratively create and plan a thoughtful schedule of educational and fun activities.
- Supervise, support, and drive the weekly activity schedules implemented by Camp Educators.
- Coordinate and supervise the Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program, spearheading all hiring and communications with CITs and CIT parents.
- Perform administrative functions of camp (parent communications, paperwork, etc.).
- Act as transportation coordinator for our scholarship families to secure transportation from partnering organizations to camp.
- Supervise campers as needed to provide breaks for Camp Educators during the day.
- Participate actively in camp planning and staff evaluation meetings.
- Act as a Health Care Supervisor, along with the Camp Director, by coordinating and overseeing first aid and camper medications as necessary.
- Manage photo and video content intended for parent communication and internal marketing.
- Other duties as assigned.

Structure: Part of a leadership team including the Camp Director and another Assistant Camp Director; supervises Camp Educators and Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program participants.. Reports to: The Crane Estate’s School and Youth Programs Manager/Camp Director

- Duration: April 1 – Nov 1; May to August 22, 2026
- Hours per week: 35-40 hours/week, Mondays–Fridays, 8AM–4PM (Part-time hours Early May to June 1)
- Job Classification: Seasonal, Non-Exempt
- Transportation coordination for scholarship families required
- Health Care Supervisor duties include first aid and medication oversight
