Responsibilities
- Lead daily team meetings to align on production targets and communicate updates on prospecting strategies and product changes
- Create and refine email content designed to engage potential customers and promote product interest
- Review and act on 'What’s Working' email insights to improve outreach effectiveness
- Track and manage reporting for team handoffs and related performance metrics
- Analyze detailed performance data to set and achieve SDR pass rate objectives
- Pinpoint opportunities for team growth and deliver targeted coaching to team members as needed
- Maintain expert-level knowledge in prospecting techniques and critical success factors for top performance
- Achieve or surpass personal performance goals to support overall team outcomes
- Demonstrate alignment with company values and mission in daily actions and decisions
- Manage daily operational needs and support requests from the SDR team
- Offer well-founded input on employee hiring, termination, promotion, and disciplinary actions, which the company seriously considers
