CACI is looking for a Scrum Master/Project Lead to manage small to medium sized web application projects for a dynamic customer base. This technically-oriented role involves leading projects through Agile methods while building strong client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Lead project team members to coordinate efforts and deliver on time while satisfying customer requirements
- Review, approve, and maintain project documentation in support of the Customer CM process
- Plan and manage Sprint cycles
- Build and manage strong customer relationships
- Provide strategic guidance and collaboration to team members
- Perform final assessment and quality control of deliverables
- Bring a strong background in web design and development, including industry best practices and regulatory compliance
- Work closely with team members and customers during requirements gathering and sprint planning
- Lead projects to completion, identifying risks and resolving issues to ensure delivery
What We're Looking For
- TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required
- 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 7+ years fulfilling roles as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Product Owner, or Development Team member
- 7+ years of relevant web experience
- Ability to create impactful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to create and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project
- Experience using Jira
- Experience using Microsoft TFS
- Hands-on experience leading and managing Agile development projects
- Strong knowledge of user interface design best practices, web development processes, information architecture, usability, requirements gathering, and training
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing, engaging approach
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Attention to detail, dedication to quality, and determination to complete
