Responsibilities
- Act as a facilitator for Agile teams by guiding Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work hand-in-hand with Product Owners to maintain clear, prioritized, and actionable product backlogs.
- Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team productivity and promote ongoing process improvement.
- Monitor Agile performance indicators including velocity, burn-down charts, and team metrics to ensure transparency with stakeholders.
- Promote effective communication and alignment within development teams and with external parties.
- Educate team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies, principles, and best practices.
- Assist in crafting user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and conducting backlog refinement sessions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Use collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent for managing backlogs, documentation, and team coordination.
