Capgemini is looking for a Scrum Master to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within the Banking and Finance domain. In this role, you will serve as a Technical Scrum Master with Project Management experience, coaching teams and delivering incremental customer value as part of our mission to build a more sustainable, more inclusive future.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects.
- Act as a Technical Scrum Master with Project Management Experience.
- Coach and mentor others on the team.
- Deliver incremental customer value, ideally within a SAFe Value Stream or ART.
- Work with project teams to ensure overall delivery.
- Impart and present Agile mindset and concepts to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Strong JIRA expertise.
- Experience in the Banking and Finance Domain.
- Understanding of Agile Scrum Events.
- Experience coaching and mentoring others.
- Exhibit a Lean Agile Mindset.
- Expert in Agile delivery with 5-6 years of experience.
- Strong domain understanding of Agile and SAFe framework.
- Working experience in all phases of software development.
- Strong expertise in Scrum ceremonies and Agile matrices.
- Expert in Agile planning and estimation.
- Strong turnaround skills backed by sound problem understanding.
- Strong communication and assertive skills.
- Strong in stakeholder management and communication.
Nice to Have
- Experience delivering incremental customer value within a SAFe Value Stream or ART.
- Experience with both front-end and middleware development.
- Certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1).
