Dine Development Corporation is seeking a Scrum Master to support agile delivery for the ITA AI Center of Excellence. You will enable high-performing development teams and ensure adherence to Scrum and SAFe Agile principles, focusing on facilitation, coordination, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and protect the team from external distractions.
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles and practices.
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Promote transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and other delivery teams.
• Track and report team performance metrics.
• Support integration of Agile practices across programs.

What We're Looking For

• U.S. Citizenship is required. Ability to obtain and maintain a NACI or higher background investigation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.

Nice to Have

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master).
• Experience supporting federal IT programs.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools.
• Experience working with AI or software development teams.

This is a hybrid position based in Washington, DC.
