Birlasoft is seeking a Scrum Master to act as an Agile Delivery Coordinator, optimizing delivery workflows and ensuring best practices within Azure DevOps. You will be responsible for maintaining the Agile delivery structure, tracking key team metrics, and providing data-driven insights to leadership.
What You'll Do
- Support development teams in optimizing delivery workflows and ensuring best practices in Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Maintain and monitor the Agile delivery structure within ADO, including repos, boards, and pipelines
- Monitor and enforce best practices across ADO projects and work items
- Track and analyze team metrics such as velocity, burndown, and throughput
- Analyze scrum metrics to identify patterns that support daily management practices
- Gather data and compile information from scrum masters and teams
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership using ADO and Power BI
- Track, report, and follow up on capital expenditure (Capex) for Agile teams
- Assist in daily management material preparation using collected metrics
- Coordinate and manage scrum ceremonies across multiple teams
- Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Identify and support the implementation of process improvements
- Assist in release management organization and communication
- Coordinate the creation and completion of release documentation
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, scrum master, agile delivery, or operational analyst roles
- Experience working in software development or technical environments
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with data tracking and visualization
- Knowledge of building reports and dashboards for Azure DevOps in Power BI
- Understanding of Azure DevOps boards and agile tools
- Self-starter with a mindset for continuous improvement and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Certified Scrum Master or similar certification
