Rhe is looking for a Scrum Master to join a software development team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving team collaboration, communication, and agile methodologies. You will facilitate team processes, resolve conflicts, and moderate meetings, with the opportunity to contribute to a valuable open-source project.

What You'll Do

Be part of the software development team and share responsibility for the continuous improvement of collaboration and communication.
Further develop agile working methods and methodologies in the development teams and train team members to promote personal responsibility and self-organization.
Identify conflicts and obstacles within the teams and find solutions together.
Organize and moderate meetings and workshops.
Contribute to an open-source project used by the company that delivers significant daily value.

What We're Looking For

Agile mindset with solid knowledge and practical experience applying agile methods like Scrum.
Deep methodological knowledge in moderation and team development, with the ability for self-reflection.
Several years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Strong communication skills, high social competence, and solid knowledge in conflict moderation.
Excellent German language skills at a minimum C1 level.
