Babelgroup is looking for a Scrum Master to ensure the correct implementation of the Scrum framework within a team. As an international technology consultancy, we focus on stable, high-impact projects where digital transformation starts with people. You will be integral to fostering our real agile culture, protecting the team, and driving continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Remove impediments affecting team delivery and protect the team from external interruptions.
- Foster self-management and continuous improvement within the team.
- Accompany the Product Owner and team in the correct management of the backlog and planning.
- Ensure compliance with Scrum principles and practices.
- Actively participate in Babel's Agile community.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile environments.
- Proven experience working with Scrum, Kanban, and/or scaled frameworks like SAFe.
- Proficiency with agile tools like Jira and collaborative environments such as Confluence and Miro.
- Excellent communication and team facilitation skills.
- A mindset oriented towards continuous improvement and team development.
