Techcombank is hiring a Scrum Master to enable delivery agility through mature Scrum adoption at the team, initiative, and organizational level. You will play a key role in fostering an environment of continuous improvement and high performance.

What You'll Do

Coach teams in self-management and cross-functionality.
Help teams focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
Train and coach Product Owners in effective Product Goal definition, Product Backlog management, and release planning.
Train and coach teams, initiatives, and stakeholders on empirical approaches, iterative development, lean thinking, and Scrum values.
Plan, train, coach, implement, and improve Scrum adoption for initiatives and/or the wider organization.
Ensure Scrum events take place, are positive, and productive within the timebox.
Adopt appropriate stances for teams, acting as a Trainer, Mentor, Coach, Leader, Facilitator, Manager, or Change Agent.
Help teams improve their effectiveness, efficiency, and practices via Scrum.
Cause the removal of impediments to teams’ progress.
Train and coach managers on empowering people and enabling self-managing, high-performing teams.
Train and coach teams to use Agile tools.
Train and coach to help teams, initiatives, and/or the wider organization apply evidence-based management.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Banking, Finance, Technology, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Professional Scrum certificates, such as A-CSM or PSM II.
5 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably within banking or fin-tech.
Proven experience in training and coaching teams on Scrum.
Experience training, coaching, and mentoring different roles, including Product Owner, Designer, Developer, Tester, and Manager.
Be a team player and servant leader with strong facilitation, conflict resolution, communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with engineering best practices like TDD, ATDD, CICD, and automation.
Familiarity with common tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and SonarQ.
