Solventum is hiring a Scientific Education Manager for Dental Solutions in Beijing to lead our scientific engagement with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). Guided by empathy and clinical intelligence, you will be the key dental subject matter expert, implementing global strategies at a local level.
What You'll Do
- Manage a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to implement global programs locally.
- Design, execute, and activate the country education strategy and HCP education programs.
- Own responsibility for all compliance aspects of HCP relationships, including contracts, reporting, and payments.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Dental Solutions products, providing input to business and marketing plans.
- Lead all HCP activities that include transfer of value.
- Design, manage, and execute KOL training and scientific advisory panels.
- Facilitate 1:1 HCP meetings to discuss scientific evidence.
- Create and approve presentations for educational programs like webinars and workshops.
- Localize educational content and maintain specific segment expertise.
- Actively participate in standard and guidelines committees.
- Continuously improve internal processes, educational events, and VOC activities.
- Train internal team members and ensure customer education data is reported accurately.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- 3 years of experience leading customer education.
- 3 years of experience organizing customer education activities.
- 3 years of experience managing KOLs.
- 3 years of experience practicing dentistry or in dental-related disciplines.
- Must be legally authorized to work in a country of employment without sponsorship for work visa status.
Nice to Have
- Degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution.
- Three (3) years of customer education experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- An eye for detail and good organizational skills.

This role is based locally in Beijing.
