PRACTICE is hiring an In-person Science Tutor to provide academic support for elementary students, helping close the opportunity gap and supporting urban students in reaching their full potential. This role involves small-group instruction and direct classroom support.
What You'll Do
- Support elementary students in Science through small-group instruction and classroom support.
- Reinforce key science concepts to strengthen student understanding and engagement.
- Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring.
- Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to develop engaging, personalized learning strategies.
- Bridge language gaps to ensure every student has the support they need.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for learning and commitment to supporting academic and personal success, especially for underserved students.
- Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
- Available to work Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
- Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school.
- Available to participate in monthly training.
Team & Environment

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $25/hr to $30/hr for In-Person Programs.
