Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and efficiently to onboarding-related tasks assigned within workflows.
- Support patient transition from admissions to treatment by scheduling initial provider intakes, activating patient or support accounts, and fostering a positive start to care.
- Educate patients during onboarding about the treatment model, virtual care format, and expected time commitment to align expectations for recovery.
- Maintain and update provider schedules in accordance with established operational procedures.
- Coordinate with provider leads to manage coverage during provider absences or time off.
- Follow defined processes to deliver a reliable and positive scheduling experience for patients and families, measured by satisfaction metrics.
- Proactively reach out to patients who have missed or canceled appointments to improve attendance at initial sessions.
- Suggest improvements to scheduling workflows to enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Accurately complete all required documentation in digital systems within designated timeframes.
- Adjust to evolving organizational or team needs as necessary to support operations.

- Work is conducted entirely remotely with no travel obligations. This role is stationary and requires regular use of office equipment, keyboards, and telephone communication. Employees may sit or stand as needed.
