As a SCALE WMS Consultant, you will lead end-to-end implementations of Manhattan Associates SCALE WMS, guiding clients through system design, configuration, and deployment. You'll act as a technical and functional expert, translating business needs into scalable warehouse solutions that enhance operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Manhattan SCALE WMS across high-volume, multi-site warehouse environments
- Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements, identify process gaps, and define system enhancements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, including URS, process flows, and test plans
- Design and document system architecture, application configurations, and integration points with ERP, TMS, and MHE systems
- Support testing phases, including functional validation and user acceptance, ensuring alignment with operational goals
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues across SCALE WMS and connected platforms
- Coordinate resolution with third-party vendors for packing systems, conveyors, and transportation tools
- Provide on-site and remote support during new site rollouts and system upgrades
- Deliver training and ongoing assistance to warehouse teams, ensuring smooth adoption and daily operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of two years of hands-on experience with Manhattan SCALE WMS implementations
- Strong command of warehouse operations: inbound, inventory management, and outbound workflows
- Proficiency in PL/SQL and SSRS for reporting and data analysis
- Familiarity with cloud environments and ERP integration principles
- Experience supporting automated warehouses with MHE and conveyor systems
- Proven ability to resolve issues in high-pressure, multi-location environments
- Skilled in creating comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, technical designs, and support guides
