As a Product Manager on the Broker team, you will own the strategy and development of our derivatives offering, as well as core platform functionality such as search, instrument data, and tradability.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Define and execute the team’s roadmap balancing user needs, operational efficiency and business impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Partnerships to deliver high-quality products.
• Establish strong relationships with external partners, including derivatives issuers and data providers.
• Translate user research, quantitative data analysis, and customer feedback into a cohesive product vision, user stories, and intuitive user experiences.
•  Utilize agile methodologies to drive product development, facilitating regular ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team syncs to enhance collaboration and transparency.

Qualifications

• Profound experience years as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.
• Hands-on mentality with strong empathy for customers: from idea to UX-prototype to user story and design, you can handle it
• Deep understanding of product management practices and incorporating diverse inputs (user research, data, market analysis) into product strategy.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering and design
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
• Bonus Points: Experience with financial derivatives and a strong understanding of financial markets
