Citibank, N.A. is hiring a Product Management Senior Lead Analyst for its U.S. Personal Banking division. In this role, you will drive efforts to dramatically improve customer experiences and close competitive gaps for Retail Banking teams, including Deposits & Segments, Branch Network, Business Banking, and Operations.
What You'll Do
- Drive efforts to dramatically improve customers’ experiences, close the gap to competitors, and embed customer excellence for Retail Banking teams.
- Interact at high levels and build trusted partnerships across lines of businesses.
- Advocate for and drive customer experience projects.
- Tie customer experiences together in a single view by engaging teams to eliminate pain points and design remarkable experiences in the end-to-end servicing model.
- Build and coordinate projects for customer experience to ensure readiness for and responsiveness to key business initiatives, including new product launches, servicing strategies, pricing changes, escalations, and policy defects.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and constantly pursue performance and customer experience opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation leading operational analysis within the financial services industry.
- Eight (8) years of experience must include: Leading operational analysis and transformation initiatives for consumer and business retail banking branches across various formats including traditional, compact, pop-up, and digital.
- Eight (8) years of experience must include: Identifying and evaluating consumer and business retail banking customer segments and business performance to address gaps and lead implementation strategies.
- Eight (8) years of experience must include: Optimizing and launching the operational aspects of consumer and business retail banking products to enhance client growth using experience with deposit, digital, and lending products.
- Eight (8) years of experience must include: Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to build and implement consumer and business retail banking solutions, guiding, leading, and presenting projects through compliance, legal, marketing, and senior leaders’ approvals.
- Eight (8) years of experience must include: Implementing strategic consumer and business retail banking playbooks, addressing operational gaps, and driving targeted solutions.
- Eight (8) years of experience must include: Analyzing segment movements and optimizing processes between retail banking and wealth advisory products using knowledge of wealth advisory products and operational services.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation Range: $195,000.00 to $236,100.00.
