EX Squared is hiring a SAP Test Lead (Remote - US)

This role is an opportunity to spearhead SAP testing initiatives within transformative implementation and enhancement projects. The Test Lead will architect testing strategies, validate application quality and reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business solutions. The position demands a combination of advanced SAP technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and comprehensive testing methodology experience. You will guide testing teams, manage project risks, and report on progress while ensuring seamless business process integration. Accountabilities: · Establish comprehensive test strategy, defining scope, objectives, and detailed test plans across all testing phases including SIT, UAT, performance, and regression testing. · Ensure test environment readiness and manage test data for multiple SAP projects. · Direct, coach, and inspire testing team through task assignment, progress monitoring, and constructive feedback. · Supervise design, development, and execution of extensive test cases addressing functional and non-functional requirements. · Monitor, document, and manage defects while partnering with developers and stakeholders for timely resolution. · Generate and present status reports, quality metrics, and testing outcomes to project leadership and stakeholders. · Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and prioritize testing activities based on risk and business impact. Requirements: · Demonstrated experience in complete lifecycle SAP implementation project (S/4HANA, ECC). · Comprehensive knowledge of SAP modules and end-to-end business processes; SAP EAM familiarity preferred. · Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies. · Practical experience with test management and defect tracking platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, JIRA, HP ALM, SAP Solution Manager). · Understanding of performance testing frameworks and tools. · Superior leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. · Advanced analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and project management skills. · Capacity to operate autonomously and effectively manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
