Scholl-Consulting is hiring an SAP Support Manager (m/w/d) for a long-term client project. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of SAP systems, providing user support, and independently executing projects for our client in Northern Germany.
What You'll Do
- Supervise day-to-day SAP operations and third-party system interfaces, including error analysis and resolution.
- Provide user support for SAP ERP (1st and 2nd level) and SAP Business Warehouse (BW, 1st level).
- Monitor SAP ERP and BW systems through daily functional checks and analysis of error messages.
- Maintain master data in SAP ERP and support master data optimization.
- Communicate with the SAP server service provider to coordinate downtimes, organize system migrations, and create system copies.
- Independently execute SAP projects in the sales area and CRM projects in sales and marketing.
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, or alternatively a completed relevant vocational training with corresponding further education in the SAP environment.
- Relevant professional experience in a comparable position and in IT project work.
- Very good knowledge of SAP modules SD and MM.
- Routine in handling CRM systems, e.g., SAP Sales.
- Good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong team spirit, conflict resolution skills, reliability, and social competence.
