HelloKindred is hiring an SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Senior Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of HR leave and absence management solutions within the SuccessFactors ecosystem. You will provide functional expertise in the Employee Central Time Off module, ensuring alignment with organizational HR processes and supporting broader HR transformation initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Provide functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off to support HR transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to identify HR business challenges and analyze complex HR requirements.
- Design and propose solutions that address leave management and absence related business needs.
- Configure and support Employee Central Time Off functionality aligned with HR policies and business processes.
- Guide and support other SuccessFactors team members to ensure consistent project delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and validate HR solutions.
- Support integration and replication processes between SuccessFactors and enterprise systems including S4 environments.
- Contribute to project documentation, knowledge sharing, and solution design activities.
What We're Looking For
- SC clearance with UK or Irish passport or right to work in the UK.
- A minimum of three years working in the UK.
