As a SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping HR transformation initiatives by delivering specialized knowledge in Employee Central Time Off. You will collaborate directly with client teams to understand their HR challenges and translate complex leave and absence requirements into effective system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver functional configuration for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off in alignment with organizational policies and operational workflows.
- Engage with stakeholders to define business needs, facilitate requirements workshops, and validate proposed HR solutions.
- Design tailored approaches for time-off management that meet regulatory and business-specific conditions.
- Support integration between SuccessFactors and enterprise systems, including S4 environments, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Provide guidance to team members on best practices and consistent delivery standards across projects.
- Contribute to documentation, solution design, and knowledge transfer activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Holding SC clearance with UK or Irish nationality or valid right to work in the UK.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience based in the UK.
