Nagarro is hiring a Senior Consultant to lead SAP HCM projects with a specialization in Payroll Germany (PY-DE). In this on-site role, you will analyze customer situations, design and implement solutions, and provide senior-level guidance within a dynamic, non-hierarchical work culture.

What You'll Do

Work on customer projects in the area of SAP HCM, focusing on Payroll Germany (PY-DE) across all on-premise components.
Analyze the customer situation, create process documents, conceptions, and blueprints.
Realize system-side customer requirements, including customizing, schemas, and cycles in payroll accounting.
Support in all project phases—conception, design, customizing, prototyping, and roll out of SAP HCM.
Take on partial project management in smaller teams on site at customers as a senior consultant.

What We're Looking For

Fluent German language skills.
SAP PY (Payroll) and SAP HCM expertise.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central expertise.
Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY).
Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration, plus know-how in tax and social security law.
Excellent knowledge of SAP-specific schemas, cycles, and characteristics.
Experience with project management and consulting methods.
Self-motivation, persuasiveness, and assertiveness.
Solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence.
Completed university studies and several years of relevant professional experience.
