DyFlex Solutions is hiring a SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central Lead (Anywhere in Australia or NZ)

About the Role

The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead will lead end-to-end implementations of SAP HXM solutions with a focus on Employee Central, guiding clients through digital HR transformation across diverse industries. DyFlex Solutions is a trusted partner delivering impactful SAP projects to leading enterprises across APAC.

What You'll Do

  • Lead full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across diverse industries
  • Translate complex HR business requirements into scalable SAP EC solutions
  • Configure and optimise Employee Central modules including Position Management, Global Assignments, and Time Off
  • Collaborate with clients to define and document HR processes and system requirements
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities
  • Support data migration, testing, and cutover planning
  • Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity with payroll, benefits, and third-party systems
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations

What We're Looking For

  • Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
  • Deep understanding of HRIS and cloud-based HCM solutions
  • Strong skills in business process mapping and functional documentation
  • Experience with configuration, testing, and deployment of EC modules
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead workshops and present solutions to senior HR and IT stakeholders
  • Passion for HR technology and continuous learning

Nice to Have

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification highly regarded
