The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead will lead end-to-end implementations of SAP HXM solutions with a focus on Employee Central, guiding clients through digital HR transformation across diverse industries. What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across diverse industries
- Translate complex HR business requirements into scalable SAP EC solutions
- Configure and optimise Employee Central modules including Position Management, Global Assignments, and Time Off
- Collaborate with clients to define and document HR processes and system requirements
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities
- Support data migration, testing, and cutover planning
- Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity with payroll, benefits, and third-party systems
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
What We're Looking For
- Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
- Deep understanding of HRIS and cloud-based HCM solutions
- Strong skills in business process mapping and functional documentation
- Experience with configuration, testing, and deployment of EC modules
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead workshops and present solutions to senior HR and IT stakeholders
- Passion for HR technology and continuous learning
