Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation initiatives, managing task ownership, delegation, and project delivery to ensure successful outcomes
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify business needs, clarify challenges, and develop customized technical solutions
- Configure and adapt SAP SuccessFactors modules according to client specifications, facilitate client workshops, and document implemented solutions
- Offer expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for standard and complex system issues using ticketing platforms
- Conduct end-user training sessions, produce instructional materials, and deliver presentations in alignment with project requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and fellow consultants to ensure smooth coordination and execution across project phases
